ROCK THE BELLS
The Kettle Bell is a hand held weight shaped in a spherical like kettle. This distinct shape offers a weight distribution, which is a greater challenge to stabilize when lifted as opposed to the ordinary dumbbell. “Rock The Bells” incorporates specific exercises with weight graded kettle bells. Utilizing the kettle bells enables our specialized instructors to fuse Plyometric or “PLYOS” into your exercise workout. Our certified instructors will teach you how to use the kettle bell and PLYOS with exact correct safe application for you, and in ways you never thought possible for the stronger and more fit you.

Grandmaster Professor Richard Sinclair Sr., created and founded Iron Octopus Tactical Survival Defense System in 1973. Long regarded as the diplomat of the Martial Art world, Richard offered a defense system like no other. Our Jose Cordero, first generation trained with the esteemed grand master Sinclair Sr., conducts these separate package sessions. Curriculum includes the “Total Martial Arts Training:” Ninjitsu, Jujitsu, Judo, Aikido, Aikijitsu, Karate D, and Tae Kwon Do. Each style involves strategies for both offense and defense, with or without weaponry.
